The bidet (bee-day), is a basin-like fixture used for personal hygiene that dates back to the 18th century. Today, it can be installed near or within a toilet system.

The White Bidet offers users a hands-free and superior cleansing system as compared to conventional methods like the use of toilet paper. The bidet has a built in spray nozzle for rinsing. The washing nozzle features a swirling water jet to give a thorough cleaning of the genital and rectal areas

The more conventional bidet systems tend to come as separate units and occupy more space in bathrooms. The White Bidet range is designed such that it can be installed and fitted onto the existing toilet bowl. No electricity or battery is required. Water for the bidet is drawn from the existing water pipe system.

When the user is ready to finish up in the bathroom, a simple turn of the knob will initiate a stream of clean tap water. The stream of water can be controlled, and is aimed to cleanse the anal region of the user while still remaining seated on the toilet. This offers a more thorough cleaning for users, thereby enhancing the level of hygiene.

Because of the anatomy of the anal area, using dry toilet paper could inevitably leave microscopic traces behind, thus making the area prone to bacterial growth and infections. To maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene, water is the most effective cleaner. The White Bidet system alleviates the use of toilet paper, except when users need to pat themselves dry.
